The number of guests must include all occupants staying in the room. At least one registered guest must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID or foreign passport along with a credit card at check-in.

Children 15 years and under may stay free when sharing a room with an adult family member. Guests 16 years and older will be subject to an additional charge if occupancy exceeds the room’s included limits. Local ordinances may also restrict occupancy. As a guideline, rooms with one bed may accommodate up to two people, and rooms with two beds may accommodate up to four people, with exceptions for children.

Check-In and Check-Out Dates

Reservations may be made up to one year in advance, subject to availability. The maximum online booking length is 28 days. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to register, and a valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Payment for accommodations is due at check-in. Third-party credit card payments are not accepted.

Check-In Time
Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available depending on room readiness. Any check-in prior to 1:00 p.m. will incur a 50% additional charge. Guests are encouraged to call on the day of arrival for updated availability.

Check-Out Time
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs must be pre-approved and arranged with the front desk before 11:00 a.m. Same-day or last-minute requests cannot be accommodated. Additional fees may apply for late departures.

Room Payment / Advance Payment Policy

At check-in, all guests (individual or group) must present valid, government-issued photo identification or passport along with a credit, debit, or bank card in the name of the registered guest. The name on the card must match the identification and reservation details

For debit or bank cards, an authorization hold for the stay plus incidentals may be applied. Depending on the issuing bank, these funds may remain unavailable for up to two weeks. Cabins on Main Longmont is not responsible for any overdraft charges that may occur.

Prepaid vouchers, money orders, and cashier’s checks are not accepted.

Room charges are due at check-in and must be paid by 11:00 a.m. for each additional night’s stay, subject to availability. Accepted credit cards include American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, and VISA.

Advance payments may be made with cash at check-in, provided a valid credit card is secured on file. Personal, business, or organizational checks must be received at least 21 days prior to the arrival date. Alternative payment arrangements must be coordinated directly with Cabins on Main Longmont and are subject to approval.



In compliance with local regulations, a photocopy of guest identification is required at the time of check-in.

Pet Policy

• Pets and Service animals can only be assigned to designated 'Pet Friendly Rooms' due to other guests having pet allergies. For those guests, we have designated 'No Pet' rooms and do not allow ANY animals in those rooms under any condition.
• "For the safety of our guests, insurance requirements and to prevent property damage, ONLY two dogs maximum and only dogs under 40 lbs. are permitted. We also restrict the following breeds and their mixes: American Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Chow Chows" or any breed that resembles the listed breeds.
• Animals that pose a health or safety risk may not remain onsite and include those that, in our managers' discretion, are too numerous for any one room, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are too disruptive, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression.
• Animals that assist the disabled, known as "Service Animals," are always welcome. Like pets, however, any Service Animal that poses a health or safety risk may not remain onsite.
• All pets and Service Animals must be declared at check-in. This is very important because it provides our staff with key information about the occupants of each room and proper room assignments.
• “Service Animals” must have proper documentation other than “Support Animals” Support Animals will be charged as pets.
• Please be considerate of other guests when walking pets on the property and clean up after your pet.
• In consideration of all guests, pets must be on a leash and attended to when outside a guestroom.
• Pets should not be left alone in a room or automobile.
• Due to safety concerns for our employees and your pet, we will not enter a room with an unattended pet unless a complaint is filed. All rooms at Cabins on Main Longmont should be serviced twice per week to maintain health and cleanliness standards. If unavoidable circumstances require a pet to remain unattended in a room while the owner is offsite, the pet must either be secured in a crate or travel carrier and not bark.
• All rooms at Cabins on Main Longmont should be serviced on designated days to maintain health and cleanliness standards. Cabins on Main Longmont reserves the right to access rooms any day for room check, maintenance and safety, and security.
• If you fail to comply with the above and your unattended pet prevents our staff from checking on your room, you may be asked to vacate the property.
• Only Pet assigned rooms can accommodate pet dogs or service animals.
• Dogs are the ONLY pet allowed to stay in our assigned rooms. 

Children Policy

At Cabins on Main Longmont, children of all ages are welcome.

• Children up to 15 years old stay free of charge when using an existing bed, within the standard occupancy limits.
• Guests of any age are charged $10 per person, per night when exceeding included occupancy.
• Playpens are available to rent for $15 per night.

Please note that supplemental requests (such as playpens) are not included in the total booking cost and must be paid separately during your stay.

For safety, children must never be left unattended in the rooms and must always be accompanied by at least one adult. Any damage caused to rooms will be charged to the registered occupant.

Discounted Rates

Senior, Military, and Corporate rates cannot be combined with other discounts or special rates and may be unavailable during special events. A 10% Senior or Military discount (with valid I.D.) is available when booking directly with Cabins on Main Longmont. Local residents living within 15 miles who book directly with Cabins on Main Longmont are also eligible for a 10% discount off regular rates, excluding special events. Corporate rates must be arranged and approved in advance.

Individual Reservations

Guarantee & Cancellation Policies

Reservations may be made by calling our Front Desk at 303-776-7856 or online at cabinsonmainlongmont.com. Voice reservations are provided in English.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card will be held for your arrival until 6:00 p.m unless other arrangements are made prior to 6:00 p.m.by notifying the Front Desk in Advance at 303-776-7856 so Manager can be available upon arrival. Reservations cannot be made more than one year in advance. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card will be held for your arrival until 8:00 p.m, unless other arrangements are made in prior to 8:00 p.m.

To cancel all guaranteed reservations, you must notify the Motel by 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date and obtain a cancellation number. A charge of one night’s stay applies for every three nights booked. During Special Events, Holidays, and Peak Weeks/Weekends, cancellations are not accepted. Please contact Cabins on Main Longmont directly with any questions about cancellation policies that may apply to your reservation.

Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation will result in your credit card being charged for the full stay.

In the rare event we cannot honor your guaranteed reservations, Cabins on Main Longmont will use your deposit to cover the first night’s lodging at a comparable-priced motel, provide transportation within 5 miles (if needed), and offer a telephone to notify your home or office of your updated location.

Special Requests

Cabins on Main Longmont will do its best to accommodate special requests (such as late check-in, local maps, or playpens) made at the time of reservation. However, availability cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please note that while our interiors are freshly updated, our property is a 60-year-old facility and does not provide accessible features for guests with disabilities.

Group Reservations

Group bookings require a valid credit card guarantee or, in some cases, an advance deposit equal to the total charges. Deposits must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and may be paid by credit card, cash, check, or wire transfer.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date and will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Accessible Rooms

Cabins on Main Longmont is a Motel built in the 1950’s, which did not have to be Handicap accessible at that time. It would not be easily accomplished and present much difficulty and expense as well as not be readily achievable to make accessibility changes. Because of these reasons, reasonable accommodations cannot be offered as it would present an “undue hardship” on the property owners. For those needing an accessible property, please contact a newer facility.

Parking, 5th Wheel, and Trailer Policy

Each room includes one parking space for every two adults. Guests with a 5th wheel or travel trailer may park on the property with a room rental; however, no hook-ups are available. Additional parking spaces beyond the allotted amount will be subject to extra charges.
